This book is acknowledged as one of the very best on this subject, I strongly recommend you read it . If you think you have a problem - face it - forewarned is forearmed, I have personally spoken to three of the top surgeons each spoke very highly of this book - and as a result of reading it - I am still aliveMaurice Nunn
