A unique book for anyone looking for answers not found in conventional medicine. There isn't a disease you will not find in it-along with an long list of vitamins, minerals and nutrients that will help you fight it. It's a reference book really, but it will complement your doctor's advice on every possible health issue you might have. Just wonderful!

This is a comprehensive tome with a huge amount of information. It is being helpful to me in aiding me to make choices of food which will be useful for arthritis and cancer, but it is a time-consuming task, because the book is so very thorough and detailed.

I have been using these books for years and have helped myself, family, friends, strangers and even given away as gifts. This is a great first point of reference book. You can find most illnesses and conditions. There is usually a brief introductions with useful categorization of Very Important, Important, Good etc. and a list of potential vitamin/mineral deficiencies to supplement - as well as what herbs maybe useful - followed by anything else that could be useful, like dietary exclusions/inclusions and other external things that might also be beneficial. This has acted as a first point of call and then I look into things further through the internet, further books/journals for reading and understanding.
